I Love You Sew Studio creates handmade memory bears, keepsakes and other custom items using fabrics and materials supplied by customers or sourced by the business. 

All products are individually handmade and may contain slight variations in appearance, size, colour and finish.These variations are part of the unique nature of handcrafted items and do nor constitute defects. 

Keepsake Product Safety Notice

Memory bears, keepsake animals and similar items sold by I Love You Sew Studio are intended solely as decorative keepsakes and sentimental display items. 

These products:

• Are NOT toys.
• Have NOT been CE tested or UKCA tested.
• Are NOT designed or intended for play.
  
• May contain buttons. embellishments, joints,stuffing materials and other components that could present a choking or injury hazard.

For this reason, keepsake bears, animals and items must not be given to, handled by, or used by children under the age of 14 years.

By purchasing these items, customers acknowledge that they are purchasing a keepsake item and not a toy.

Custom Orders

Many products are made to order or personalised. Customers are responsible for ensuring all names,dates,spellings and customisation details provided are accurate at the time of ordering.

Returns and cancellations

Personalised and custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14- day cancellation period under UK consumer legislation unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, customers should contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Limitation Of Liability 

I Love You Sew Studio accepts no responsibility for misuse of products or for any injury or damage arising from use contrary to the safety notices provided. 

Consumer statutory rights are not affected by this notice.
