Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All products are photographed and timestamped before dispatch.
Non-returnable items and Refunds
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (bespoke or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations
Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. This is to ensure any clothing and/or fabric given to I Love You Sew Studio is not prepared for use in making bespoke items. Once clothing and/or fabric is cut this cannot be undone. Any items sent to I Love You Sew Studio during the cancellation period will be posted back to the customer at the customers expense. Any cancellation within the 24 hour cancellation period will be refunded at 90% the final sale fee to the customer. A deposit of 10% is kept for administration fees.
